Is it really free?
Yes. With no account you get 10 questions per document and 5 documents a day, free. FormsPal members get 60 questions per document and 50 documents a day. A membership is cancellable in one click with no surprise renewals.
What happens to my document?
It is processed to answer your questions and then deleted. It is not retained and not used to train any model.
How big a PDF can I use?
Up to 32 MB per file. Larger than that, split it first with the free FormsPal PDF tools.
Do scanned PDFs work?
Yes. Scanned and photographed documents are read natively at no extra charge.
How accurate are the citations?
Each citation quotes text extracted directly from your file and highlights it in the page, so you can confirm every answer yourself rather than trusting a bare page number.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers from a summary and gives you a page number at best. Here every claim is a citation you click to highlight the exact sentence in your document, scanned and photographed files are read natively, and a long document is not silently truncated.
