The Family Youth Scholarship Form is an application for scholarship funds to support youth involvement in organized activities. The form is available through the Foundation for Families website. The deadline for applications is August 1st each year. Funds are awarded in the fall and must be used within twelve months of receipt. Eligible applicants are residents of Schuyler County, New York who are between the ages of five and eighteen years old. Participation in an eligible activity must take place within Schuyler County. Applications will be evaluated based on financial need, with preference given to students who have not received scholarships in the past.
