A deposit is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Your stylist will quote the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit price during your consultation.

Any cancellation or changes to an appointment must be made 72 HOURS prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. You must then schedule a new appointment and make another deposit.

If you change the color or texture of your natural hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify SALON by milk + honey prior to the application appointment, in order to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be required.

SALON by milk + honey requires cash or credit card as payment. SALON by milk + honey will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.
