Seller agrees to sell and convey to Buyer and Buyer agrees to buy from Seller the Property defined below.
Earnest money: within 3 days after the Effective Date, Buyer must deliver earnest money to the Escrow Agent.
Title commitment: within 20 days after the Title Company receives a copy of this contract, Seller shall furnish to Buyer a commitment for title insurance.
Survey: the survey must be made after the Substantial Completion Date by a registered professional land surveyor.
Change orders: all change orders must be in writing.
Warranties: Seller shall assign to Buyer at closing all assignable manufacturer warranties.
