A bank change order, also called a coin and currency change order, is how a business orders bills and coin from its bank. This form records the business and its account: the business name, store or location number, bank or credit union and branch, account name and number, contact person, and the dates ordered and needed. It then lists the currency by denomination, from 100 dollar bills down to 1 dollar bills, in straps or bundles and loose bills, and the coin by denomination, from dollar coins to pennies, in rolls, boxes and loose coin, with totals for currency, coin and the whole order. The last sections cover how the order is paid (a debit to the account, a cash or coin exchange, a check or other), whether it is picked up at the branch or delivered by armored carrier, special instructions, and the authorized signer's certification.
