Byu Gs Form 12 PDF Details

The Brigham Young University-Hawaii Alumni International Graduate Scholarship, denoted by the GS Form 12, represents a pivotal opportunity for international graduates from BYU-Hawaii aiming to further their education at Brigham Young University. Established to assist scholars in pursuing graduate studies, this scholarship underscores an institution's commitment to fostering academic excellence within its community. Eligibility hinges on several criteria: alumni status from BYU-Hawaii, international background excluding U.S. permanent residents or citizens, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and enrollment or impending enrollment at BYU as a full-time student for both fall and winter semesters. The process demands submission of the GS Form 12 by a specific deadline, alongside a one-page essay that explicates how the scholarship would support the applicant's educational aspirations. With a generous offer of $3,000 per semester, summing up to $6,000 annually, this scholarship not only alleviates financial burdens but also automatically renews for the second semester, provided the recipient maintains full-time status and GPA criteria. Designed to bolster academic pursuits, the GS Form 12 is more than just a form; it is a gateway for BYU-Hawaii alumni to transition seamlessly into graduate studies, fortifying their academic and professional trajectories.
