A completed copy of this form is required for each NRA RCO Renewal request (you may photocopy this form as required). The following documentation is required for each renewal:
•1 recent
•Old ID mini certificate or a copy of your large course certificate
•This form completed by the Club Chairman / Secretary
•Renewal fee: £35. (Please make cheque payable to NRA)
•A sample signature in medium black ink. This will be scanned on to the new RCO ID card.

Renewal cannot be processed if your qualification has lapsed by more than 6 months.
Your new NRA RCO certificate will be valid for six years from the date of renewal.
