Please use this list to record the titles of the books that you have read or listened to between April 1st of one year and March 31st of the following year. Please have a parent/guardian or teacher sign the bottom of the list. Return this list to your media specialist or Reading Across Broward contact person immediately after April 1st.

There are four different award levels, depending on the number of books that you have read or listened to.

Participation Award (25-49 books including 5 award books) Silver Award (50-74 books including 5 award books)

Gold Award (75-99 books including 5 award books)

Superintendent’s Honor Roll Award (100 or more books including 5 award books)

You may read any books of your choice. Do you want to know which books are good? Ask your media specialist, public librarian, parents, and friends. To make reading more fun, we suggest that you read different kinds of books (genres). Some examples of different genres are:
