i. Reimbur sement of inpat ient medical expenses,

t r aveling/ accommodat ion expenses, and per diem will be pr ocessed and paid wit hin f our t een (14) days of r eceipt of your claim subj ect t o availabilit y of

f unds.

ii.Medical Ex -gr at ia claims will be paid t o you wit hin six (6) mont hs.

iii.Replacement of st ale cheques will be made t o you

wit hin f our t een (14) days upon r eceipt of your claim in wr it ing.

iv. I ncome Tax and P9 f or ms will be sent t o t he TSC agent s and can be collect ed bef or e t he end of Mar ch each year .

v. You will be issued wit h a r eceipt in t he Cash Of f ice wit hin f if t een (15) minut es upon set t lement of a T.S.C. liabilit y.
