The Off Season Senior Citizen Pass is issued to applicants who are Washington State residents, at least 62 years old, and pay the appropriate fee.

The pass allows free camping or moorage during the off season period. If the pass holder uses a campsite with an electrical hookup, a per night surcharge for utility site will apply (no discounts.)

Off Season Passes may be purchased after September 1 each year at most state parks or by writing to State Parks Olympia Headquarters. They are honored October 1 - March 31 and Sundays - Thursdays in April.

Proof of age may be a copy of a birth certificate, notarized affidavit of age, witnessed statement of age, driver's license, etc. Proof of residency may be a copy of a Washington State driver's license, voter's registration card or property tax exemption.

Any senior citizen already issued and in possession of a State Parks Senior Citizen Limited Income Pass may purchase an Off Season Pass at 50 percent discount.
