f)The Penalty of Rs. 100 (per year of freezing) is applicable to unfreeze Tier 1/Tier 2 accounts. For Swavalamban Subscribers the penalty amount of Rs. 25(per year of freezing) is applicable.

Minimum
Minimum Tier 2 unfreeze amount= Difference between the amount lying in the account as on the date of freezing and Rs.2000/- + Rs.250/- (minimum contribution) + Rs. 100/- as penalty.
h)The POP before accepting this form should verify that the contribution accepted for unfreezing should be greater than minimum amount as prescribed by the PFRDA.
i)POP charges of as define by PFRDA for the contribution transaction will be applicable.

k)CRA Service charges as defined by PFRDA will be applicable for the contribution transaction.
