Cea Form C PDF Details

For individuals from outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland seeking to live and work in Malta, the CEA Form C plays a crucial role. This document, known as the Application for a Residence Permit Employment, outlines the necessity for comprehensive information ranging from personal details to employment specifics. It applies both under the Single application procedure, which integrates residence and work permits along with a common set of rights for third-country nationals legally residing in Malta, as well as outside this procedure. Applicants must provide their current and previous employment details, expected period of employment, and comply with data protection regulations, ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and true to the best of their knowledge. Moreover, the form serves as a declaration of the applicant's intent and provides critical guidelines on the supporting documents needed to fortify the application, including identification, professional qualifications, and evidence of health insurance coverage. The process emphasizes the protection of the applicant's personal data while facilitating the necessary disclosures to various governmental and public organizations involved in evaluating the residency application. Additionally, the requirement for an employment license, if applicable, underscores the regulatory framework governing foreign workers in Malta. With stringent conditions and detailed documentary requirements, the CEA Form C is pivotal for non-EU nationals aiming to navigate the legal and bureaucratic landscape associated with securing employment and residency in Malta.
