The Assets section asks for Stocks and Bonds, Mortgages on Real Estate, Real Estate held as personal residence, Automobiles, and Other Personal Property. The Liabilities section covers Unpaid Taxes, Outstanding Credit Card Balances, Mortgages on Real Estate, and Other Liabilities.
The form calculates your Total Assets, Total Liabilities, and Net Worth automatically once all fields are complete.
Step 4: Review, Save, and Submit
Click "Done" when you have finished all sections. Download the completed PDF to your device or send it by email directly from the editor.
Save at least two copies of your completed form: one for your records and one to submit to the landlord.
Once the landlord approves your application, the next step is signing the commercial lease agreement. Review it carefully before committing to the space.
