Note! This lease is for standard residential rentals in multi-family buildings (other than a duplex), with a term of no more than one year. If the property type fits that description, you’re good to go. If it’s a short-term rental or something outside residential use, this form from the Florida Assoc of Realtors won’t fully cover the situation.
