The Office of Superintendent of Documents (OSD) has released a new form, DWS OSD 61App. The form is designed to collect information about the Department of Workforce Services' (DWS) service area apportionments. This information will be used to calculate the amount of funds that each county within the state should receive for DWS programs and services. The form must be completed by all counties within the state, as well as any other entities that have a significant interest in DWS service area apportionments. Completed forms must be submitted to OSD no later than January 31, 2018.
