Sec. 4-75. Charge for the city response to alarm.

( A ) Each alarm user in the city will be allowed the following number of false alarms in a twelve-month period during the calendar year (January 1 through December 31) without charge to the alarm user:

Five (5) false burglar alarms.

Five (5) false hold-up alarms.
