The Army Sheet form is a structured one-page document used in competitive HeroClix tournaments. It organizes every piece of information a player needs to track during an event, from army setup to match outcomes.

Player and event information

The top section of the Army Sheet captures identifying details about the player and the event:

• Player name and WES Username for official record-keeping
• Event date and location to link the form to a specific tournament
• Team theme to verify theme restrictions and bonuses
• Initiative bonus if the player's theme qualifies for one
• TTPC event count for tracking tournament participation

Army roster section

The army roster is the core of the form. Players list up to 12 figures, each with the following fields:

• Set number printed on the figure's base
• Figure name exactly as listed on the character card
• Point value used to build the army within the event's limit
• Sideline status marked yes or no for each figure
• Attached checkbox for figures that attach to another piece
• Cumulative points running total to confirm the army stays within the limit

Accurate point totals matter. Any discrepancy between the Army Sheet and the actual figures can result in a game loss or disqualification during a judge's build check.

Match results tracking

The lower half of the form has four match blocks, one for each round of a standard HeroClix tournament. Each block captures:

• Opponent's name for cross-referencing results
• Final score for both players
• Build verification checkbox confirming both armies were checked before play
• Both player signatures to confirm the result

Media consent and legal clause

The bottom of the Army Sheet includes a consent clause. Signing the form gives event organizers permission to use the player's name, likeness, and tournament information in promotional materials, published standings, and official records. Players should read this section carefully before signing.
