Arlington Regional Planning Council (ARPC) is pleased to release the Arlington County 2014 Arpc Form 3924. The purpose of this form is to provide the Commonwealth of Virginia with an annual report on the progress made by Arlington County in implementing its Consolidated Plan. The report covers affordable housing, community development, and homeless assistance activities funded through various federal programs. This report is also required in order to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds from the state. Arlington County makes great strides every year in meeting the needs of our residents, and we are proud to share our successes with you in this report.
