While supplies last, consumers that make a successful giveaway submission will receive two (2) tickets to an Atlanta Braves regular season baseball home game, played at Turner Field in Atlanta, GA, from June 2 to September 26 of the year 2013. Approximate retail value: $40.00. Consumer will be asked to list, in order of preference, his/her top five (5) game choices, designated on the giveaway form by the date of the scheduled game. Atlanta Braves game schedules are available at www.braves.com. Efforts will be made to accommodate all requests, but tickets are available only to the first 5,500 customers who submit a valid redemption. All game selections, teams involved, ticket locations, and dates will be determined solely by Sponsor. Additional restrictions may apply based on ticket availability and/or blackout dates. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM ANY GAME AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Any Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball (“MLB”) game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc. d/b/a Atlanta Braves (“ANLBC”), as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by MLB, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor and/or ANLBC reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non- sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Atlanta Braves MLB game.

Only the tickets specified above will be awarded. Tickets are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor, Scotts, and ANLBC expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded, and all entrants agree to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, Scotts, the
