APPLICATION

As part of its title sponsorship of the Boys’ State Basketball Tournament, Whitaker Bank and the KHSAA will award four (4) one-time $1,500 scholarships. The scholarship award is open to any senior student-athlete that participates in any KHSAA sanctioned sport/sport activity. Scholarships will be based on excellence in three areas -- Academic Achievement, Leadership and Community Service. To apply, complete the form, include a school photo and letters of reference and mail it to the KHSAA, Attn: Butch Cope, 2280 Executive Drive, Lexington, KY 40505. Applications must be received by the KHSAA by Feb. 25, 2015. If you do not include all requested information, your application will not be considered. Winners will be notified in early March and will be recognized during the Whitaker Bank/KHSAA Boys’ State Basketball Tournament.
