Step 2: Fill In the Personnel and Servicemember Data

Fill in the interest rate, capitalized amount, and disbursement amount for the current year. A certifying officer must also sign this section.
Step 4: Complete the Disbursement Fields
Enter the original loan amount, cancelled amount, and disbursed amount. Record the disbursement date in YYYYMMDD format. Add any relevant remarks in the designated field.
