TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Candidates above 6 & below 19 years are eligible to apply. There is provision of relaxation of age in morning session. Before admission the candidate has to go under trails in proper cricket uniform i.e. complete white dress. Before which he has to complete the form in all respects.
2.The academy undertakes to provide only the nets & associated paraphernalia (viz. Matting, Wickets and Balls etc.) for practice. The candidate is required to bring his own personal complete cricket kit (viz.bat, pads, thigh pad, guard, gloves and helmet).
3.Academy will only provide coaching and doesn’t take any guarantee for making you to play matches or sending the trainee for trails at any level. Trainee is permitted to play matches from anywhere by informing the academy in writing. If academy participates in any tournament the match fees will be charged extra from the candidate, if selected.
Coaching will be conducted 5 days in a week i.e. Monday to Friday. (From 6.30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in Morning & 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Evening. (i.e. Two & half hours in one session) The academy will remain closed on Saturday, Sunday & all Gazetted Holidays.
4.The candidate shall be required to attend a selection trial in proper cricket dress (White) prior to admission. Final admission to the academy will be decided only after the trials. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
5.Entry in academy will be allowed only by presenting photo copy of receipt (of present month / year.)
6.Tuition fees will be charged as mentioned in Column 10. A candidate will have to pay his monthly fee before 1st of every month to continue his training in the academy, irrespective of the fact, whether the candidate is playing or not. The Executive committee reserves the right to disassociate any candidate if found unfit, showing lack of interest and/or showing poor performance, at any time. Any fees paid to academy will not be refunded in any case & under any circumstances.
7.Only trainees can avail the facility of borrowing books and videocassettes available for trainees on nominal charges.
8.Trainees are advised not to bring mobile phone, cash or any expensive goods during coaching. All trainees will be responsible for their kit/belongings. In case they are misplaced or lost, then the academy will not be responsible, in any circumstances, even if their belongings are kept in locker/room of academy.
9.This game of cricket is injury prone & sometimes fatal injury can occur during practice / coaching & during the matches of which academy will not be responsible & will only provide first aid to trainee & shift to nearby hospital for further treatment on own expenses. All expenses of hospital will be born by trainee/his family members. As in this game where fatal & grave injuries are possible in this game. Therefore it does not hold any moral, financial or legal responsibility for this risky game.

Paid fees on any date of the month, The validity of tuition & other fees will be finished on last date of the same month. (Even one has complete 7 days training or less in a month)
Refund of any fees will not be done in any circumstances.
Payment will be accepted by Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of SURANA CRICKET ACADEMY payable at Jaipur. Monthly fees should be paid before 1st of every month.
Tuitions fees not will be charged from international & current Ranji Players & Talented BPL Players.
11.Guest is allowed to practice along with regular members on extra charges (per day basis).
12.(a.) Anyone want to practice by Bowling machine will be charge extra fees.
(b.) Player selected to play matches for Surana Cricket Academy will be charge extra fees.
13.Nobody will be allowed to consume or having come under the effect of alcohol or any narcotic drug in the academy premises. Trainees are directed not to chew tobacco/pan/pan masala and smoke in the academy premises.
14.The management does not hold any responsibility of continuation of the academy, if closed down for whatever reason, paid amount will not be refunded and will not hold any responsibility and liability.
15.Candidate can be asked to leave the Academy and the paid amount will be forfeited on account of any indiscipline or breach in the norms of the academy.
16.Any decision of the managing committee in relation to Academy shall be final and binding on all the member trainees, Staff & coaches for any matter concerning the academy.
17.Any in disciplinary act by trainee/hosteller trainee will lead to immediate termination of membership and no reimbursement would be made in any case.
(a)Playing in any tournament or match for academy will depend on selection by the committee out of regular members who are attending the practice & paying yearly fees. (Three professional players are allowed to play).

(b)Surana Cricket Academy does not take any guarantee for its trainee to play any cricket match or participate in any tournament.
(c)It is compulsory to all trainees to get them registered with Jaipur District Cricket Association and also with Rajasthan Cricket Association.
(d)If someone breaks the regular practice i.e. if a regular candidate does not pay the fees for any month in continuation of his membership then the same will be treated as cancelled and will have to reapply as a fresh candidate and then academy reserves the right for the fresh admission to the old member. Admission can be given only on the availability of the vacancies.
18.Every trainee will be required to have his periodical medical checkup. If trainee develops or is found suffering from any disease / medical problem & contagious diseases, he will be asked to discontinue the training / coaching with immediate effect & will not be entitled to claim any reimbursement.
19.The fee structure can be revised at point of time. This will be applicable with immediate effect. Deposited fees will not be refunded in any circumstance.
20.Any players who is not coming for the practice when they are not in official camp for RCA, JDCA,
office etc. & also in Jaipur. For such players committee of SCA has decided that they will be not included in academy’s team. Our academy will follow WADA’S (World anti - doping association) rules & regulations also.
21.Any of our members found playing for other club/team without prior written permission will not be permitted to play in our academy. In case if they do so their membership will be discontinued & deposited fee will be forfeited.
22.Mobile phones, wrist watches, goggles etc. & any other valuable things are not allowed in cricket academy.
23.Trainees who are paying monthly fees will not be eligible for playing matches.
24.The managing committee reserves its right for changing/adding/deleting, the present terms and conditions and even the place of the Cricket Academy, at any given time without any prior notice.
25.The form is being updated from time to time. So the candidate should check the updated form from our website (www.suranacricketacademy.com) before filling/submitting the form in the academy. The terms & condition of only the updated form will be applicable.
