Follow these steps to fill out your apparatus licence application correctly and avoid delays.
- Enter applicant details. Provide your full name or organisation name, ABN or ACN, and contact information. Fields marked with an asterisk will be publicly disclosed by the ACMA.
- Select the licence type. Indicate whether you are applying for a low power open narrowcasting licence, a narrowband area service, or a high frequency broadcasting service. Submit a separate ACMA Form R057 for each different licence type.
- Specify service and technical details. Complete the frequency range, transmission location, power output, and antenna specifications relevant to your application.
- Attach supporting documents. Include required technical specifications and any supporting evidence described in the ACMA guidelines for your licence category.
- Pay the applicable fee. The ACMA will not process or issue a licence until the correct fee has been received. Check the current fee schedule on the ACMA website before submitting.
- Submit the completed form. Send your application to the ACMA using the submission method specified in the form instructions, along with all required attachments.
