ATF e Form 3310 11A is the electronic version of the Multiple Sales or Other Dispositions of Pistols and Revolvers report. Federal firearms licensees (FFLs) must submit this form to the ATF whenever a single unlicensed buyer purchases two or more pistols or revolvers from the same dealer within five consecutive business days.
Who Must File This Form?
Any federally licensed firearms dealer must file this form when all three of the following conditions are met:
- An unlicensed individual buys two or more pistols or revolvers
- Both purchases occur within five consecutive business days
- All transactions are from the same licensed dealer
What Information Is Required?
The form collects identifying details about the buyer and each firearm sold:
- Buyer's full legal name, residential address, date of birth, and government-issued ID number
- FFL's name, federal license number, and business address
- Make, model, caliber, and serial number for each pistol or revolver transferred
- Date of each transaction
How to Submit ATF e Form 3310 11A
The completed form must be submitted to both the ATF and the chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) of the jurisdiction where the sale took place. Dealers must file within one business day after the qualifying sale. Both electronic and paper submissions may be accepted depending on current ATF guidance.
