On Tuesday, October 16th, the Circuit Overseer Visit program form was released to all congregations. This new form is meant to standardize the information gathering process for circuit overseers during their visits. The form will be used to collect data about congregation operations, including membership totals and baptismal statistics. Additional information about preaching programs and how the congregations are fulfilling their Kingdom service objectives will also be gathered.
