The TA13 Completion of Information form is a Law Society standard document used in UK property conveyancing. Solicitors exchange it between buyer and seller to confirm all arrangements before ownership transfers. It covers six key areas of the property sale:

• Vacant possession - Confirms whether the property will be free of all occupants and belongings at handover.
• Keys and access - Specifies where the keys will be held and when they will be released.
• Deeds and title documents - Lists which property deeds and documents will be supplied on the day.
• Transfer arrangements - States whether the handover will occur at the solicitor’s office or by post, and the exact amount payable.

Both freehold and leasehold sales use the TA13. For leasehold properties, service charges, insurance, and management company details are handled separately in a Leasehold Information Pack, but the TA13 still governs the transfer of ownership itself.
