The contract is an agreement between the United States Army and the ROTC scholarship cadet named herein, with the consent of the parent or guardian if the cadet is under the age of 18.
Commitment: entry into this program is a serious commitment that must be made with the resolve to attain a commission.
Disclosure: voluntary; however, applicable portions must be completed if the applicant desires to be contracted in the ROTC Scholarship Program.
Grade point average: the cadet agrees to maintain, at a minimum, a cumulative academic grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 or equivalent scale.
Disenrollment: failure to maintain the minimum academic grade point average may subject the cadet to disenrollment from the ROTC program.
