The DepEd Tambayan form is the Daily Lesson Log (DLL) used by teachers across the Philippines' Department of Education (DepEd) system. It is a required planning document that organizes teaching activities for each school week.
Each section of the DLL covers one school day, from Monday through Friday. Teachers record the subject, grade level, learning competencies based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs), and planned classroom activities. At the end of the week, teachers add remarks on student attendance and learning outcomes.
The DLL format replaced the older Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) to reduce teacher workload while keeping lesson documentation accurate and consistent. All public school teachers must submit completed DLLs to their department head or principal for weekly review.
