Form A48 PDF Details

Form A48 is a new addition to the Form I-9 employment eligibility verification process. Employers should be sure to use this form for any employee hired on or after July 17, 2017. The new form includes updated information and clarification regarding acceptable documents for proof of identity and work authorization. For more information on the changes to Form I-9, please see the USCIS website. Keep in mind that employers must complete Section 2 of Form I-9 within 3 business days of an employee's first day of work, regardless of which version of the form is used.
