3.Copy of Registered Ownership documents.
4.Copy of approved building plan (in case of MS Building).
5.Copy of covering letter of approved plan/layout.
6.In case of Kachi Abadies, Affidavit for Kachi Abadi.
7.Copy of Trade License (if applicable).
8.Copy of last paid Energy bill (only in case of extension of load).
9.Authority letter of owner (if applicable).
10.List of machinery/Equipments in case of Industrial cases.
11.Details of Chiller units (in case of Centrally
12.Feasibility Report of Industry (in case of Industrial Consumers).
13.Copy of any other paid utility bill/credit card bill for the address verification in case of (Residential/Commercial/Agriculture connection). In case of industrial connection, company letter head mentioning the name of authorized contact person, his contact details, copy of CNIC with authorized stamp shall be submitted with application
14.Undertaking for Deviation from approved building plan (in case of deviation)
15.All Original documents shall be presented with photocopies at time of submitting the application for verification purpose.
