Owners: Every owner of the manufactured/mobile home must sign this affidavit.
Signatures: Only original signatures will be accepted. Faxed, copied or e-mailed signatures will be rejected by the County Register of Deeds.
Register of Deeds: Do not submit this form to the County Register of Deeds until this form has been approved by an agent of the Kansas Division of Vehicles.
Lien holders: If there is more than one lien holder, an additional affidavit (TR-63) must be filled out for each lien holder.
Foundation: A signature is required by a county official stating whether the manufactured/mobile home has a permanently affixed foundation.
