Continuing: the guardian reports whether the guardianship should or should not be continued and whether the guardian is or is not willing to continue to serve.
If you no longer wish to serve: you must file a Petition to Terminate/Modify Guardian for Developmentally Disabled Individual (PC 677).
Annual account: a guardian who has been ordered by the court to file an annual account attaches it.
Statement by standby guardian: the appointed standby guardian is willing to continue to serve in the event the guardian dies, becomes unable to serve, or resigns.
