The issuance of this document means that the carrier received all the goods per the contract and issued this paper in return.

  • Order BOL — In this case, shipment is made to the buyer or distributor, and the goods themselves are sold on trade credit.
  • Clean BOL — Proof that the goods were shipped in good condition.

What Is Straight BOL
