By signing you certify that the information is true and correct, and that the license indicated has not been suspended nor revoked. You further certify that you understand a valid U.S.A. driver's license must accompany this permit when traveling, and that this permit is valid only as long as the accompanying U.S.A. license is valid, but not to exceed one year from the date the permit is issued.

Requirements: 1. Attach 2 identical recent Passport Type Photos (2” X 2”), each signed on the back. 2. $20.00 Permit fee (checked October 30, 2026). 3. If mailing application, a photocopy of BOTH SIDES of U.S.A. Driver's License must accompany completed signed application, and check or money order only (NO CASH by mail). All checks and money orders must be from a U.S.A based bank and made out to AAA. 4. Optional: Additional postage in U.S.A. funds for expedited return mail.
The permit is valid for one year.
The permit must be effective within 6 months of application date.
The permit is not valid for driving in the United States and does not give driving privileges.
A valid U.S.A. or Territorial license must be carried with the permit at all times.
