Follow these steps to complete and submit your ABSA AB 66 Power Engineers Examination application accurately.
- Download or open the form. Access the current ABSA AB 66 form from the link above, or obtain a copy directly from ABSA.
- Complete Part A1: personal details. Enter your legal name, mailing address, phone number, and ABSA client number if you have one.
- Select your examination class and type. Choose the Power Engineer class you are applying for (for example, 4th Class, 3rd Class, or 2nd Class) and the specific examination modules required for that class.
- Choose a testing location and date. Select the closest ABSA-approved examination centre and an available testing date within the scheduling window.
- Complete Part B1: work experience declaration. List your relevant employment history, including employer name, job title, and dates of service.
- Obtain endorsement from a supervisor. A qualified company official or chief steam engineer must sign the work experience declaration to confirm its accuracy.
- Submit the form with the required fee. Send the completed AB-66 form to ABSA and pay the non-refundable scheduling fee to finalize your examination registration.
