Spring Branch ISD has one goal – T-2-4. By 2017, SBISD will double the number of students compleing a technical cerificate, two- year degree or four-year degree. This single goal drives everything that we do. The primary purpose of the work we all do is to support student success and performance.

As a great school system team, we in SBISD are commited to a core set of beliefs. These are: building on the strengths and gits of each child; providing students from poverty with the same opportunity for success ater high school as students from non-poverty homes; insilling in each student the belief that they can achieve more than they think possible; and assuring that every SBISD adult is commited to the successful compleion of some form of higher educaion for every child.

In addiion to these beliefs, SBISD employees are commited to the Service First Plan providing seamless service to all educators, campus leaders, community and parents. Through the Service First Plan, we aim to deliver superior customer service, quality management, and coninuous improvement. Each of us has a criical role in student success.

To be eligible for Employee of the Month, nominees must demonstrate excellence in one or more of the areas listed above.

Nominaions must be endorsed by two or more individuals, such as an employee, supervisor, parent, community patron or resident.

When completed, forms and supporing leters may be emailed to SBISD Communicaions Office care of Director Steve Brunsman or Administraive Assistant Bety Head, or forms and leters may be mailed directly or via inter-office mail to the SBISD Communicaions Office, Room 102, Wayne F.
