Impairment: any alcohol, marijuana, drugs and many prescription medications can impair the signer's ability to drive.

Stationary vehicle: by law, the signer can be considered to be driving even if the vehicle's engine is not running and the vehicle is stationary.

Driving impaired again: if the signer chooses to drive impaired again, even if no one is harmed, the signer will be deemed to be a Persistent Drunk Driver.

Ignition interlock: if the signer chooses to drive impaired again, they will have the ignition interlock restricted driving privilege for at least 2 years.
