The vehicle
Under This Vehicle is Subject to One or More Brands, enter the Vehicle Identification Number, then the Year, Make, Body and Title Number.
The brands
Under This vehicle has the following brand(s) (check all that apply), check each brand that applies: Flood, Non-Repairable, Salvage*, Odometer Tampered with, Colorado Brand, Rebuilt from Salvage*, or Other (list brand). On the line next to each brand you check, fill in State that branded vehicle:; for Other, also list the brand.
The type of damage
Under *Type of Damage:, mark the type of damage: Collision, Weather, Other (explain), Water, Interior, Vandalism, Undercarriage, Theft/Stripped or Fire.

I certify, under penalty of perjury in the second degree, that the above statements are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Common questions about Form DR 2710
Is there a deadline?
Colorado Revised Statute requires any owner or dealer to disclose any title brand prior to sale or trade of a motor vehicle.
Is there a penalty for filing late?
It is a misdemeanor for each owner, seller, or transferor to fail to provide each prospective buyer with this disclosure on a vehicle rebuilt from salvage. [C.R.S.42-6-206] Owner must complete form DR 2424.
