Under STEP ONE: SELECT LADDER TYPE, select STEP LADDER, PODIUM/PLATFORM, EXTENSION or SPECIALTY.

Under LADDER SIZE, fill in ______ FEET and select FIBERGLASS or ALUMINUM.

Step two: inspect before you climb

STEP TWO: INSPECT BEFORE YOU CLIMB. Mark YES or NO for each LOCATION under WHAT TO LOOK FOR.

STEPS/RUNGS: ALL. Missing, loose, cracked or bent.

RAILS: ALL. Cracked, bent, split or frayed / missing or loose rail shields.

LABELS: ALL. Missing or not readable.

BRACING: ALL. Missing, loose, bent or broken.

RIVETS / BRACING RIVETS: ALL. Rust, corrosion, loose or missing.

SHOES/FEET: ALL. Worn, bent, broken or missing.

HARDWARE: ALL. Missing, loose or broken.

FASTENERS: ALL. Rust, corrosion, loose or missing.

TOP: STEP, PODIUM, PLATFORM OR SPECIALTY ONLY. Cracked, loose, or missing.

SPREADERS/HINGES: STEP, PODIUM, PLATFORM OR SPECIALTY ONLY. Loose, bent or broken.
