Is there a deadline?
For active cases with the Family Support Division (FSD), filed by the Department of Child Support Services, this venue declaration must be submitted with the first papers filed by a party requesting custody or visitation orders after both parents have become parties to the FSD case, or when a party files a request for domestic violence restraining orders.
