Utility Easement Agreement Sample Details

Did you know that your homeowners insurance policy may not cover all damages incurred to your home if a tree falls on it? That's because most standard homeowner policies do not cover damage caused by trees that fall on the insured property, but they will cover damage caused by an event such as a lightning strike. One way to help protect yourself from potential damages is to have a utility easement form in place. This document allows the insurance company to know about any power or telecommunications lines running through your property so they can better assess the risk. Having this form in place can also help speed up the claims process if something does happen.

In the table, there is some information about the utility easement form. There, you will discover the details about the PDF you would like to fill in, along with the approximate time required to fill it out as well as other data.
