Enter the UNIT/UIC, VEH LIN NO, NOMEN/MOD NO, SEC/PLT ASGD, SHIPMENT UNIT NO and DATE COMPILED.

Enter the LENGTH OF VEH, WIDTH OF VEH and HEIGHT OF VEH as OPERATIONAL and REDUCED, and the VEH EMPTY WT.

Cargo lines

For each cargo line, enter the CARGO LOC NO, CARGO DESCRIPTION & TYPE PACK, NO OF ITEMS, PC CUBIC FT, TOTAL CUBIC FT, PC WT and TOTAL WT.

Load plus vehicle wt and driver

Enter the LOAD PLUS VEHICLE WT and the TDA/MTOE PARA AND LIN NO OF DRIVER.
