Under the law, allowances shall not be authorized unless the employee agrees in writing to remain in the Government service for a prescribed period of time.
Tour of duty: after the prescribed (minimum 12) month tour of duty you will be eligible for travel and transportation allowances to return to your actual residence.
Repay: if you do not complete at least 12 months of your tour of duty, you will, upon demand, repay what the Government paid for travel and transportation.
Actual residence: after you sign this agreement, you may not change the actual residence specified above for personal reasons.
Signature: your signature on this form constitutes a certification that you have not accepted, and will not accept, duplicate reimbursement for your relocation expenses.
