Completing Each Section
- Contract identification - Enter the contract number and Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) at the top of the form.
- Drawing format and type - Choose digital or paper delivery and specify whether drawings are monodetail or multidetail.
- Deliverable data - Indicate which items must be delivered: original drawings, reproductions, digital files, or associated lists.
- Quality assurance provisions - Note which QA provisions apply and whether vendor substantiation data is required.
- Review and submit - Verify all selections, sign the form, and submit it with your Technical Data Package to the contracting officer.
