5. Complete the purpose of check section. Select the ACT purpose (Employment or another applicable category). Tick all relevant options, such as aged care, child care, firearms licence, judicial officer, or teacher registration. This section must be fully completed before you can submit the form.
Pay close attention to the fire fighting/prevention and judicial officer fields. These are the most common sections where applicants make errors. Review all entries before proceeding.
