The official motor vehicle bill of sale (Form 1957) is provided by the Missouri Department of Revenue. It is used to transact all types of the vehicles such as motor vehicles, boats, trailers, outboard motors, and units. This form signifies the ownership transfer from the vehicle owner to the purchaser and must be notarized to be valid.
